You will be fully dressed at all times, I work ‘hands off’, therefore my hands will be above your body, you will be aware of where I am and might feel sensations like heat, tingling, or pulsing where my hands are, or throughout your body. You might not notice any changes. Many people fall asleep, as one thing is for sure you will feel fully relaxed.
